 Red bell peppers

Try our red bell peppers on the grill, in sauces and dunk them in dips.They are also delicious, by adding sweetness to the filling, due to their texture.

One red bell pepper of our own contains twice the recommended daily allowance of vitamin C. This is more than a large orange! It is also a rich source of vitamin A, exceeding the daily needs of the body.

Characteristics:
Hard, crunchy, fleshy, juicy, with a deep red color.
